If you have 7+hours to spare, you can view The Town Board's All Day Budget Session of Oct. 30th this afternoon starting at 4:30 on Channel 77 Cablevision or Channel 34 Verizon. It will be repeated tomorrow morning (Tuesday Nov. 10th) at 9:00am same channels. We are working with LMC-TV to schedule additional airings.
Interested parties are welcome to tomorrow's 5:00pm budget session in Conference Room A in The Town Center where we will be discussing 2010 Capital Projects as well as Revenue. Check out the Town website for more details www.townofmamaroneck.org

The budget as seen so far does not demonstrate a realistic expectation of the 2010 and future revenues vs. expenses equation. We hope, this session when broadcast, and future information from the Board, in some form, will demonstrate that satisfactorily. It would probably require a substantially altered budget proposal for 2010, with clear assumptions about what is affordable, what must be done and where expenses must be cut.
